Oatmeal Flax Porridge
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups quick cooking oats
4 cups water
1/4 cup currants or other chopped dried fruit
1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup stabilized ground flaxseed
Preparations
- Boil water over a high heat in a medium saucepan.Put the oats,cinnamon and stir.
- Reduce the heat,cover and allow to simmer for 2-4 minutes as you stir occasionally.
- Stir in the stabilized ground flaxseed.
